Privacy
Litter Free Lunch L.L.C. will not sell, rent, lend, trade, barter, or give your personal information to anyone. Your shipping address will be provided to either the US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex Ground.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a full refund, less shipping costs, for any unused items returned within 15 days of purchase. Once an item has been used, it is no longer considered new.

Shipping and Handling
All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days. We will make every effort to keep our products in stock, but, there may be times when our products are on backorder. We will not ship your entire order until the backordered item is in stock.
We currently will only ship orders within the United States and all orders will be shipped via the USPS unless otherwise specified. To make special arrangements for expedited shipping, please contact us by telephone, by email, or through our Web contact form at www.info@litterfreelunch.com.

Sales Tax
All Illinois residents are subject to of 7.25% sales tax.

Product Care
Our lunchbox napkins should be washed in cold water. If necessary, a non-chlorine bleach may be used. Tumble on low or line dry. Iron if desired.
